This 42×108″ brass frame was designed and fabricated for disassembly in order to get it into the elevator. It lives in the Dolce Vita Footwear showroom.

Brass square tube frame with solid sapele top.
The frame had to be made in pieces in order to fit it into the building.
A coupling element is centered on each side of the table, creating a decorative point of disassembly.
Two braces run down the middle of the frame to reduce deflection.
The four corner sections, four couplings and two center braces are assembled and cold fastened together on site.
The table temporarily awaits a matching credenza. And some chairs.
